Bookings, Payments and Cancellations: 

 

A deposit of £50 is required to confirm your face-to-face training and a £25 deposit for Remote Online training.  The outstanding balance must then be paid 2 weeks before your training day.

 

For students enrolled on the Russian Volume Lash Extensions course; you must first be classic / individual lash trained (NOT cluster trained).  Students must have first mastered how to isolate and apply one eyelash extension to one natural lash.

If you have a language barrier or disability, please make Lavira Clinic Academy aware of this before booking.  We will find a way to accommodate you comfortably and safely.

 

Models:

For your face-to face training day, you will need to bring a live model to practice on.  If you are unable to source your own model, please inform Lavira Clinic at least 1 week in advance, so that we may provide a model for you.  The additional cost of this will be £20.

 

It is the responsibility of the student to patch test their models at least 24 hours before their practical.  Please contact the Academy directly if you need patch test kits:  07827 960 948 (Kate).

 

Data Protection:

All course materials and manuals supplied to you from Lavira Clinic Academy are for support purposes only.  All material is copyright to the Academy and must not be used or reproduced in any way.

Lavira Clinic Academy will always respect the privacy of your data.  We will not sell you data or make it available in any way to third parties, except where you have specifically asked us to.  All student information is kept securely and is strictly confidential.  Any questions with regards to the storage and use of your date please contact us.

Photographs or videos of the students with their work at the face-to-face training, may ONLY be taken by the Lavira Clinic Academy tutor(s).  Lavira Clinic may take pictures at any point throughout the duration of the course.  These pictures may be used for Lavira Clinic's websites, social media, or marketing materials.  Pictures taken by students on the Remote Online course, may also be used for Lavira Clinic's websites, social media, or marketing materials.  By accepting our terms and conditions when booking your course, you are agreeing to this. 

 

Certificates:

Accredited e-certificates are issued (by email) within 2 working days of completing and passing your training course. 

 

If you would like a hard copy of your Accredited Certificate, there will be an additional fee of £10 including postage.  Please email laviraclinic@gmail.com.

Cancellation and Refund Policy:

Cancellations made less than 7 days before your training / course, will be partially refunded.  The deposit is non-refundable and non-transferable 3 calendar days after booking.  This is our "Cancellation Period".  However, if there are extenuating circumstances and / or you can contact us at least 14 days before your training starts, an alternative date may be offered at the discretion of the Academy.  Please note that if you redeem your voucher and log in to our e-platform during this cancellation period, you will lose the right to cancel the course and get any refund for it. In case you decide to cancel your purchase of a course/training. 

 

To cancel please contact us directly at laviraclinic@gmail.com.  If you cancel within the 3 calendar days as mentioned above, we will refund to you your deposit in full.  By paying the deposit or full training fee, the Client accepts the cancellation terms.
